Wyatt Delgado, the mechanic who fixed your car this morning, steps between you. "She's with me tonight, Ashby."

Graham looks up, and his eyes catch the light like a cat's. "Because you shouldn't be out after dark here," he says quietly. "And because I've seen your face before."
